At PSE Archery, we stand behind the precision and quality of our equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to PSE

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
